ES Servicios Inmobiliarios has nine years operating and its chairman, Evelyn Ramirez de Smith, who began her career in the real estate area for over 23 years, was one of the first real estate brokers in the area of Bavaro - Punta Cana. Has served as Sales General Manager of Villas Bavaro and Palma Real Villas (Cocotal), two of the oldest and most prestigious real estate developments in the area, and contributed decisively to the development and success of these projects.

Her formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in systems and data processing and several graduates in the area of sales and senior management. In addition to the Spanish, her native tongue, Evelyn speaks English and Italian. She has held different positions within the directive Board of the Association of business real estate – Capitulo Bavaro - Punta Cana - including that of President for the 2009-2010 period.
